28 Feb 2019 UK’s Top Rated Financial Advisers
I am absolutely delighted and humbled to have appeared in VouchedFor’s 2019 Guide to the UK’s Top Rated Financial Advisers which was distributed in The Times on Saturday 23rd February.
Only 1,171 financial and mortgage advisers qualified for this recognition.
To put this in perspective this represents 4.5% of the 25,951 financial advisers in the UK (source).
In this short blog I thought I’d share some of the detail of what the recognition is and the criteria met to be recognised as one of the UK’s Top Rated Financial Advisers.

Independently vetted – VouchedFor check all Financial Advisers authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority against the Financial Services Register along with key details such as Advisers fees, qualifications and their independent or restricted status.

tHE VouchedFor 2019 GUIDE TO THE UK’S TOP RATED FINANCIAL ADVISERS
The aim of the Guide is to demystify the advice landscape and highlight those financial advisers who are consistently doing an excellent job for their clients based on client reviews and passing VouchedFor’s checks.
CRITERIA FOR INCLUSION IN THE GUIDE
Inclusion is based on client reviews since the start of 2018.
The average rating those appearing in the Guide is higher than the average rating of listed advisers at 4.9 out of 5.
You need to be endorsed by at least 10 clients.
Advisers are fully verified member of VouchedFor which means they have been checked against the Financial Services Register as well as undergoing checks and ongoing monitoring. This includes checking the adviser’s identity, qualifications and client reviews, in addition to monitoring news outlets as well as outcomes for anyone who contacts an adviser through VouchedFor.
